The Junction Development Company is an experienced investor and developer of land for both residential and commercial use across the US, and US Territories. Our projects constitute residential, commercial and mixed-use development.

The Junction Development Company has 2 partners that oversee the company’s operations: Peter Bobeck, and Stephen Donnelly. Both partners have significant real estate development experiences.
PETER BOBECK, Partner
Peter Bobeck currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bobeck Real Estate where he oversees a portfolio of 1.2 million square feet of Commercial Real Estate. Before this Peter served for two years as Director of Commercial for Monte Lago Village at Lake Las Vegas, an Intrawest (IDR) resort where he worked with the development from the masterplanning stages through leasing and construction. Peter also spent time with Capital Trust (CT), BancBoston Securities and AEW Capital Management (which manages over $7 Billion in institutional funds allocated to real estate investments), where he performed equity and debt underwriting, advisory work and portfolio sales for the real estate industry.
Peter is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Fort Wayne, in with wife Angelee, daughter Anika and son Vasco.
STEPHEN DONNELLY, Partner
Prior to his role as the President of Global Pacific and the Global Group, Stephen had held executive construction management positions in the casino, resort, retail and restaurant sectors.
Stephen worked for Bovis Construction (Europe), as a senior Project Manager, for 10-years prior to moving to the United States. His experience includes several European landmark projects in excess of $200M as well as the development, construction and refurbishment of several resort projects in the United States. Stephen Donnelly has been a permanent resident of the United States for more than 14 years, and lives in Las Vegas with wife Ashley, daughter Sadie and son Hayden.
Stephen has extensive experience in business development, team development and strategic planning. His leadership of the Global Group provides our clients with the means to deliver the highest quality projects with the utmost consideration for cost, schedule and the needs of the client’s business.
